Your most useful next practice
Why this is a starting point—not a prescription
A short Snapshot can identify a useful pattern, but it cannot see your full training history, health context, schedule, or needs. The right next step may be a Capacity Practice, a training adjustment, a deeper look, an appropriate evaluation, or no change at all.
Your Snapshot found a pattern. Now let’s determine whether it’s the right one.
Eric will personally review what you shared and help you decide whether GBSC’s coach-led classes, a different starting point, or no new service makes sense. The complimentary Capacity Introduction takes about 30 minutes and is not a workout.
This opens a text directly with Eric. Sending it does not schedule anything or commit you to joining.

You do not need to be fit before you begin. GBSC helps busy adults build strength, energy, and confidence through coach-led 45-minute classes. Each day includes clear strength and conditioning options, so newer, returning, and experienced members can train appropriately together.
Performance, Engine Builder, and Momentum are different training tracks—not rankings. If GBSC is the right fit, the usual first step is a $99, 30-day coached-class experience. Semi-private is recommended only when someone genuinely needs more individualization.
Great Bay Strength & Conditioning has served the Seacoast since 2012. The current approach combines intelligent strength and conditioning, adaptable training tracks, Health Management, and the GBSC Capacity Method.
A place where you are known—and your progress matters.
“When I came in I was in a dark place, and now I feel so much better. You do more than provide workouts. Your holistic approach goes way beyond just fitness.”
